An oil pipeline failure has dumped over half a million gallons of crude tar sands oil into Kansas' Mill Creek. It's the biggest oil leak in the United States since 2010.   It's long past time that Congress began holding these oil giants accountable for the damage their pipelines do to the environment and our communities.   While thankfully no drinking water sources have been contaminated, this is the third time that the Keystone 1 pipeline has experienced a major spill.
