He does not deserve to sit on the highest court in the nation. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Has Been Accepting Luxurious Gifts from a Republican Megadonor for Decades      Sign Now      Annisa,   ProPublica has discovered that for decades, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been showered with gifts in the form of luxury vacations, superyacht trips, and private jet flights from billionaire Harlan Crow.   On top of that, those trips appear nowhere on his financial disclosure forms, in clear violation of laws passed after Watergate that requires justices, judges, members of Congress, and federal officials to disclose most gifts.   Not only is it wildly unethical for Thomas to be accepting these gifts, he is accompanied on these trips by corporate executives, right-wing ideologues, and major Republican donors — offering himself up for lobbying to the wealthiest and most radical conservatives in America.   This is beyond the pale for any public servant, let alone a Supreme Court Justice. It is a disgusting repudiation of anything even resembling ethics and is evidence that Thomas cannot be trusted to give objective, unbiased rulings on anything. He must be replaced.
