Trump did nothing to address the struggles faced by everyday workers who deserve better.   Voters overwhelmingly support an increase of the federal minimum wage, yet Trump remains aligned with the National Restaurant Association, which opposes crucial changes to help workers. The NRA has a long history of fighting against workers’ rights, like guaranteed sick leave. This forces employees to work through illness and puts both them and consumers at risk.   We cannot let this status quo continue.
