A starving dog died in its own waste, neglected by its owner

We must protect other pets from this owner. A Florida Dog Was Neglected Until It Died Locked in a Crate, Lying in Its Own Waste Sign Now    Annisa, Baby was a 13-year-old Yorkshire Terrier. We don't know exactly what kind of life Baby lived, but we know how the poor pup died: in a home in Florida, surrounded by urine and feces, locked inside a waste-filled crate. Three other dogs were in the home, also locked up in crates, and just barely surviving. Mossy was only 2 years old, but she was already on the edge of death. When authorities found her, she was severely emaciated, and lying down in her own feces. She was so weak, she couldn't even stand up. Her fellow dogs, 4-year-old Sig and approximately 6-year-old Ruger, were in a similar state. There was no water or food anywhere. Authorities have since arrested the man for animal cruelty and deprivation of care.
