The poor dog, named Axle, was an adorable American Bully living in a remote part of the country. The video shows a man mercilessly beating Axle with a wooden plank. The images and footage of the incident show Axle whimpering, trying desperately to escape. But the man chased the dog relentlessly, insisting on making Axle suffer. Axle could not recover from the abuse, and tragically died not long after the video was taken.
