Hot on the heels of the unveiling of the Xbox One gaming console, Microsoft has filed a dispute with the National Arbitration Forum against the owner of XboxOne.com. But this case of domain squatting is unique because the name was registered in December of 2011.

Animal rights group PETA wants access to the personal information of anonymous commenters who allegedly defamed the organization by blasting its pet euthanasia policy on a Huffington Post article. PETA wants to sue the commenters, many of whom posted their opinions under assumed names or anonymously.

PayPal Denies Teen Reward for Finding Bug
Turns out you have to be 18 to qualify for PayPal's bug bounty program, a minor detail that 17-year old Robert Kugler found out the hard way after being denied a reward for a website bug he reported. Curiously, the age guideline isn't in the terms and conditions posted on the PayPal website.
